The Data Controller processes the Data of Users in a proper manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.
The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: Analytics, Traffic optimization and distribution, Contacting the User and Registration and authentication.

    PayPal is a registration, authentication, and payment service provided by PayPal Inc. and is connected to the PayPal network. PayPal is used by us for authentication and billing purposes.

    MaxMind (MaxMind Inc.)

    MaxMind is a geolocation and fraud prevention service provided by MaxMind Inc. MaxMind is used by us to process new account registrations and payment activities for the purposes of anti-fraud and anti-hacking protection.

    Personal Data collected: IP address, cardholder name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service.

    NameCheap (NameCheap Inc.)

    NameCheap is an ICANN Accredited domain registration service provided by NameCheap Inc. NameCheap is used by us for is used by us for domain registration purposes. Furthermore, the domain registration information may be made publicly in a WHOIS database as per ICANN policy. If you do not wish to make your domain registration information publicly available in the WHOIS database, we offer a free domain ID protection service which you can activate at the time of registration, or afterwards.

  • Data optimization, storage, processing and distribution

    This type of service uses servers located across different countries and to optimize performance and distribute content.
    Which Personal Data are processed depends on the characteristics and the way these services are implemented. Their function is to filter communications between this Application and the User’s browser.
    Considering the widespread distribution of this system, it is difficult to determine the locations to which the contents that may contain Personal Information User are transferred.

    CloudFlare (Cloudflare)

    CloudFlare is a traffic optimization and distribution service provided by CloudFlare Inc.
    The way CloudFlare is integrated means that it filters all the traffic through this Application, i.e., communication between your website and the User’s browser, while also allowing analytical data from this Application to be collected.

    Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Oracle Corporation)

    Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a server, hosting and datacentre service provided by the Oracle Corporation.
    The way Oracle is integrated means that your data, website, files, or the Application may be stored, processed, or distributed Oracle servers, i.e., communication between your website and the User’s browser.

    Google (Google Inc)

    Google is a is a server, hosting and data processing service provided by Google Inc.
    We may use some Google Services, for example embedding videos from their “YouTube” service, or using their web font distribution to distribute “web font” files to improve your browsing experience on our website. If you do not wish use “web fonts”, you can change your browser settings.
